Well after the success of our run on tuesday night I have been asked to run with the ball for a while . This being said I will test the water on a very short term . I have an :idea:idea for late august that requires a few volenteers to set up . I think 4 should do it . If you want to get involved and think outside the box as far as a event sign up on this forum . Let me know if you would want to help run the event or participate.
The only way you will know what the event will be prior to arriveing will be to become a volunteer
.I can tell everyone that wants to come out and participate that it will be evening event , lights will be required as well as a co driver , it will be within 1/2 drive of GP . It will be focused on lite units but everyone can come out. And I would like it if we could have 3 prizes (small donated by some one of some bussiness) .

Depending on what evening it will be on I would love to come out, participate, and volunteer. Tracker will be ready by than as it has to be done in time for ACE

Well this is great response All we need now is another lite wheeler to step up . Keep in mind just cause you are volunteering does not mean that you will not get to participate . For the event i have in mind we only need one person to run it but a few to organize it. There will be a spectator area........ are people curious yet?

Another lite does that mean myself and someone else? Or which lite members are you counting on thus far? Is it some sort of obstacle? This has my curiosity

All Volunteers will be used I had no secret adgenda on that , and did not have anyone specific in mind . I was just hoping that the lite crew would set there own direction with there own ideas . The experience or comfort level for the lite group may be different than the orange members This being said I want to make sure that we have decent representation from the lite crew or less experienced wheelers . I forsee the lite division as a comfortable place for people to get into the sport and learn skills as well as experience the sport of off roading in a supportive situation . it is also my hopes that any new people can forge new relationships that make them stay in the sport and foster the pricipals that TNT works toward. We will use all volunteers that step forward no matter what color diamond is on their rig. All rigs will be invited to the event as well . I will tentatively scedual the planning meeting for Aug 10/10 at 7 pm location to be decided .
I like the way you words things and support this philosophy.We want the club and interest to grow and this is a good way to start

Whatever you have in mind I'm sure is going to be amazing... I know that I certainly had a ton of fun at the last evening run (as I think pretty much everyone would agree with) The run was great for an evening event and the added "poker" element and prizes gave it an extra twist that made it exciting for everyone who came out.
