Making Big Holes in 3/16+ Metal
What do you guys do for making 1"-2" holes in 3/16" or bigger metal? I've been using a hole saw but it wears out really quick and takes for ever. I found some knockout punch sets online but they are a bit too rich for my blood right now.
What do you guys usually use? 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee - 07' 6.0l/4L60E Chevy Swap, 38.5 Boggers, 9" Custom Long Arm Lift, 9" Currie Rear, Dana 44 Front(it's gotta go!), Warn 9.5ti Winch |

Ya, torch or plasma. I didn't think it was an issue if you dont have a drill press the size of a small house.

I don't have a drill press
No more room for one at the shop right now. I definitely NEED one and could have save myself a buttload of labor if I had one in the past
